For over five decades, our client has been reducing landfill by making their paper products from recycled paper. Our client uses paper collected from residential neighborhoods, from the small blue baskets in office buildings, from unwanted junk mail, and waste from printers–all in an effort to do something good, to produce something that people need from this discarded paper.

This client partnered with Duet Recruiting to help fill a Process Engineering role. 

The Process Engineer is responsible for improving the manufacturing process including but not limited to, various tasks and projects involving lean techniques (analysis of systems and processes, implementation of improvements to those systems and processes) , product development ( trials for new and improved products, mechanical design of those products and their packaging). Focus on waste elimination, optimizing the process and reducing costs to enhance our operations. 


  • Bachelor of Science degree with an Engineering or Manufacturing technical concentration
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and various statistical software packages
  • Yankee Dryer Experience a must
  • Must have at least 5 years as a process engineer in a tissue mill environment
  • Up to 20 years of experience with project management skills in a production environment- especially Tissue
